Shipping & Delivery Policy
General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. We aim to ensure that all products listed on our website are in stock, and that orders are dispatched within the time frames specified. We currently accept orders only from within select cities in India, and use registered domestic courier services for all shipments.
Delivery Time
Unless stated otherwise, or unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 7 business days of the date of your order. Business days mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note that we do not ship on Sundays.
Once your order is shipped, it typically arrives within 5 working days from the date of shipment, depending on the courier service. The delivery time may vary according to the delivery location and other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Shipping charges will be displayed on the checkout page.
Non-Delivery
If we are unable to deliver your order due to incorrect address information or non-availability of the recipient at the address, you will bear any additional costs incurred. If the non-delivery is due to other unforeseen circumstances, we will process a refund or credit your account with the amount paid, using the original method of payment or by crediting your account with us, within 14 business days of the planned delivery date.
Tracking and Notifications
You will be required to provide a valid phone number and email address when placing an order. By providing your contact details, you consent to receive communication regarding your order status, and shipping and delivery updates by phone, SMS, or email. If you prefer not to receive promotional calls or SMS messages, you may opt out at any time.
Liability
Feynman Technology Private Limited is not liable for any delays that occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including delays due to courier services or postal authorities. We guarantee to hand over the consignment to the courier service or postal authorities within 7 business days from the date of the order and payment or as per other agreements confirmed at the time of order confirmation.
