1. Cancellation Timeline: You may cancel your order without penalty within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed for dispatch.

2. Cancellation Fees: Once your order status changes to "Shipped" or "Out for Delivery", 10% of the total order value + shipping costs at actuals will be charged as cancellation fees.

3. After Delivery: Once the product has been delivered, it cannot be returned, cancelled, or refunded. All sales are final upon delivery.

All products are shipped at the risk of the client/customer. Feynman Technology Private Limited is not liable for any damage that may occur during transport.

Refunds, after deduction of the applicable cancellation fee, will be issued to the original source of payment used at the time of purchase. After the refund has been initiated by us, it is expected to reflect in the customer's source account within 7 to 15 business days
